Bike Skills 202: Bike Path Ride

This class gets kids ages five and up pedaling with confidence as they learn to balance, start, stop, and steer—all in a fun, supportive environment. Taught by experienced instructors using our safe, easy, effective method. No prior experience necessary.

This class teaches people on the spectrum how to ride a bike for the first time, including balancing, pedaling, starting and stopping, and how to have fun on a bike.

This 2-hour practice session is for adults and teens who can ride but want to level up their bike control. Work on your starting, steering, and stopping skills with expert tips from a Bike New York instructor—all in a safe, supportive space.

Ready to level up your riding? This 3-hour on-bike class is for adults and mature teens who want to boost their cycling skills! Learn how to fit your helmet, size your bike, perform quick checks, shift gears, signal, and confidently handle road hazards.
