In this 3-day camp, teens ages 13-17 will practice essential culinary skills by making iconic American recipes from scratch.
Date: July 1st-3rd 9am-2pm (5 hours each day)
Our chef instructors will walk students through each part of the process step-by-step. Students will work in groups of 2-4 for some dishes, but will get the opportunity to practice every component. Our classes are limited in size to prioritize hands-on time.
Students will receive detailed recipe and note packets so they can practice the techniques learned. They will also enjoy the recipes they create in class and take home baked goods and leftovers.
Light snacks and beverages will be provided each day.
