Course Overview:

Many photographers simultaneously acknowledge that Photoshop is the most powerful photo editor available and avoid it, afraid it is too complex to learn and use. But that just isn’t true. In this three part class we will explore the essential features of Adobe Photoshop, with an emphasis on editing single photographs. 

The class uses a “call and response” style of teaching, where the instructor will demonstrate a concept, share the original RAW files with you, and give you time to repeat the same process.

Important: Please note that we will be using Adobe Photoshop and not Photoshop Elements. 

*Classes will be recorded and details notes will be given to everyone who registers.

What You'll Learn:

Over the course of three weeks, you will learn the essential skills to use Photoshop as your primary editor, from workspace, to adjustments, to layers and groups, to blending, blend modes, and beyond.

Prerequisites:

In this class you will need the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop installed prior to the first class.
