What's for lunch? Will their be vegan, dairy free and/or gluten free options?

This year's plated lunch will include a Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. Family style flatbreads will also be placed at each table. Iced tea and coffee available from servers. Dessert table set up in the expo ballroom prior to lunch. Yes, you can eat dessert first!
