Where do I load the bus?

All guests will load the bus outside the Hilton Union Square. The address is 333 O'Farrell Street; San Francisco, CA. 94102.  Bus identifiers and specific way finding info will be provided priro to boarding.

Where do I find the bus post event?

Accepted Answer

You will load the bus in the same area which you unloaded.  We encourage guests to note landmarks to assist with wayfinding.  When parking passes are available, Travel and Tailgate parks on the official stadium grounds and remains in place until post game.

Question 3

Is this an official FIFA WC shuttle?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a licensed and insured private shuttle operated by Travel & Tailgate for World Cup fans. We are an established national provider with a proven track record at major sporting events.

Are there other companies providing shuttle service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but many are pop‑up operators created just for the World Cup. Travel & Tailgate is a trusted, established provider with national event experience and verified insurance.

How will I receive updates?

Accepted Answer

All communication — reminders, departure updates, and reload instructions — will be sent to the email used at checkout.

What time will I arrive at the stadium?

Our buses are scheduled to get guests to the stadium at least two hours prior to game time.

Why do you use activation seats?

Accepted Answer

Activation Seats allow us to open routes based on demand. Once the early‑bird seats are claimed, the bus is activated and guaranteed, and standard‑price seats are released. Activation seats are extended at the lowest rates. Refunds are honored should the bus not activate

What is the age requirement to ride the fan bus?

Accepted Answer

Riders must be 18 or older, or minors may ride only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Question 9

May I bring food or beverages on the bus?

Accepted Answer

Yes, small snacks and non‑alcoholic drinks are allowed. Please keep the bus clean and dispose of trash properly. No glass containers are allowed for any beverages.

What if I miss the bus before or after the game?

Accepted Answer

Upon initial departure, if you miss the bus, you're welcome to ride it one-way to return.  You'll need to contact us so that we may coordinate. The bus departs 40 minutes after the match ends. If you miss the reload, you will be responsible for your own transportation back to San Francisco.

Are large bags or extra items allowed on the shuttle ?

Accepted Answer

To ensure smooth boarding and compliance with stadium rules, no additional items or oversized bags may be brought on the bus. We strictly follow the stadium’s bag policy.
