• Filet Mignon with wild mushroom demi-glace, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli florets
• Pan Seared Black Cod with lemon beurre blanc / spinach, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli florets

• Tomato Risotto with oven roasted tomatoes, grilled asparagus and arugula, finished with shaved parmesan (vegetarian)
