Richard Benjamin, OH Counsellor from NHS Forth Valley will lead this session. Gratitude journaling gives us space to appreciate ourselves and our day-to-day experiences. Regular practice nurtures a supportive mindset and protects from negative thinking. We will learn how to journal as a practical way to take care of your mental health.
