A Place To Call Home Assisted Housing Communities Concord Open House

Join us for the grand opening open house of A Place To Call Home Assisted Housing Communities LLC, a newly licensed NC 5600A supervised living home located in Concord, North Carolina.

This open house is an opportunity for referral partners, providers, case managers, discharge planners, community organizations, families, caregivers, guardians, and private-pay inquiries to tour the home, meet our team, and learn more about our residential program.

Our home is geared toward non-aggressive adults age 50 and older who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness and may benefit from a safe, structured, supportive living environment. All applicants are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine fit, safety, support needs, documentation readiness, and appropriateness for the home.

Thursday, June 11, 2026 11am-4pm is especially designed for professional referral partners, care teams, providers, agencies, and community organizations.

Friday, June 12, 2026 2pm-7pm is especially designed for families, caregivers, guardians, private-pay inquiries, and community guests.

However, guests are welcome to attend whichever date works best for their schedule. We simply want the opportunity to meet you, introduce the home, answer your questions, and begin building meaningful community and referral relationships.

Coffee and pastries will be provided as part of our Brewing New Beginnings open house theme. A Take-Home CEU will also be provided by Centene Institute for Advanced Health Education, sponsored by A Place To Call Home Assisted Housing Communities.
