Do you offer refunds if I can't make it?

Accepted Answer

hiTechMODA understands that things come up that result in unexpected last minute changes to plans. Because of this, hiTechMODA offers refunds up to 7 days prior to the scheduled show, and on a case-by-case basis offers a credit towards a future show for all other refund requests.

Question 2

I arrived after the start of the show, but my reserved front row seat was taken, do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

When a fashion show starts, all seats along the front are filled in. If you are not in your seat at that time, it may no longer be available. This is simply how fashion shows work, and no refunds will be granted for late arrivals who are not sitting in their reserved seat when the show starts

Is parking available?

Accepted Answer

There are parking garages all around the area, but it is recommended you book in advance with your preferred facility to guarantee a space will be available, or consider ride-sharing or transit options.

Question 4

How soon should I arrive before the show?

Accepted Answer

hiTechMODA makes every attempt to start shows on time. Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled start-time of the show. If you are "fashionably late", you may miss the beginning of  the show or more. It is recommended you line up no later than 45 minutes before the show.

When is my designer scheduled to show their looks?

hiTechMODA is currently working with our designers to curate the perfect schedule. Follow us to stay informed when the final schedule is published.

Question 6

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

While there is no dress code to attend a hiTechMODA Productions event, we encourage you to dress for fashion. If you are sitting in the front row, you WILL be in the photos published on Getty Images and elsewhere, and you'll want to brag you were there! So, dress like a Fashionista!

Question 7

Do children need tickets?

Accepted Answer

Children need tickets if they are old enough to sit in their own seat. If your child is a baby or a toddler who will be sitting on your lap, they will not need a ticket. The Box Office Manager has final discretion to allow or not allow a child in without a ticket.

Question 8

I'm a parent of a model who is walking in your show, do I need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All family and friends of participants are required to have a ticket to enter The Edison Ballroom to watch the show.

Question 9

Is The Edison Ballroom Accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. To ensure you are not delayed upon entry, if you or a member of your party is mobility-restricted we ask you to check the "Wheelchair" box when purchasing your tickets. This will ensure our staff knows to be ready to assist you as needed, including preparing ramps and special seating.
