Do you have handicap parking?

Yes, we add to our onsite handicap parking to make additional accommodations.

Do you have food and beverages for purchase?

Beginning at 6:30 p.m.:  We have a vendor that offers grilled food, snacks, fried  foods, ice cream, beer, wine and soft drinks.  Please note that no outside alcohol is permitted on the grounds.

Do you have restrooms nearby?

We have portable toilets that are located in the amphitheater area.  Full facilities are located at the red buildings at the end of the upper parking lot.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Yes, tickets may be purchased at the gate.  New this year, only credit card purchases - no cash transactions.

What if the weather is poor?

If a concert is canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued back to the payment method used when you got your ticket.  Tickets are not refunded if the concert took place.  Please visit actonrec.com by 4 p.m. on the day of the event if weather is questionable.  No news, good news!

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the venue.  You may go to the parking lot.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

We don't encourage guests to bring pets due to the loud music and some dogs may not react well to the crowds / situation.  No refunds if guest with pet is asked to leave premises due to pet issues.  Pets must be on a non-retractable leash at all times and owner must clean up after their pet.

Can I get my money back from my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable.  You may transfer your ticket to another person.  Please check your event refund guidelines prior to purchasing.

What kind of seating do you have?

This is an outdoor venue -- all lawn seating.  Bring your own chair/blanket.  No tents/stakes permitted.  For your comfort, don't forget mosquito spray.
