The Hutchinson River Restoration Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to the long-term protection and restoration of the Hutchinson River. We are committed to working with local communities, politicians, and other environmental organizations to ensure that the river is restored to a healthy habitat.Our mission is to restore and enhance the health of the Hutchinson River for current and future generations. We strive to reduce pollution, improve the river's water quality, and protect its wildlife and habitats. By working together, we believe we can create a healthier and more vibrant river for all to enjoy.

Join the Hutchinson River Restoration Project (HRRP) for a guided EcoTour — a unique boat ride up the Hutchinson River where you’ll see both the beauty of the river’s wildlife and the pollution threatening its ecosystem.

Join us for an exciting Eco Tour of the Hutchinson River with HRRP! Explore the beauty of the river while learning about the important work being done to restore and protect this vital ecosystem. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and support a great cause!Details:<ul><li>Bring: Water, snacks, and a jacket (it’s cooler on the water).</li><li>Parking: Free street parking. Walk up to the white gate (shown below). Bx29 bus stops at Jack’s Bait &amp; Tackle. A phone number will be provided the day before so someone can let you into the gate.</li><li>Arrival: Be on time — it’s a short walk to the boat and we leave promptly at 9 am.</li><li>Tour ends: Around Noon (includes extra time for any delays).</li></ul>Kids 12 or under or under 50lbs? Email <a href="" title="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">melissasw@hutchinsonriver.org</a> to ensure we have proper life jackets. Donation: $25 per person. Please double-check the number of tickets in your order before checking out, as we’ve had some recent issues.
