The Author Series Committee at the Detroit Public Library welcomes bestselling author Daniel Silva and his wife, journalist Jamie Gangel, for a special discussion about Daniel's latest book in the Gabriel Allon series: Ransom (Harper, 2026). In the 26th book of the Gabriel Allon series, the art restorer and retired spy searches for a missing British socialite and uncovers dark secrets about her billionaire husband.

Partnering with DPL to provide copies of Ransom is Book Beat in Oak Park.

About Daniel: Daniel Silva is an award-winning #1 New York Times bestselling author. He has written 29 novels and is best known for his Gabriel Allon series.
