A fun filled, hands-on class to prepare for your newborn, covering sleep, cribs, crying, feeding, car seats, diapers, and the postpartum period.

Build confidence in caring for your baby and ensuring their health and safety.

• Discuss infant development and the importance of bonding with your baby
• Learn about the first few months of your baby's life and the fulfillment of being a parent
• Learn how to enjoy, nurture, and provide positive parenting which is important for infant development
• Learn how to prepare the nursery, diaper, feed, bathe, and dress your baby
• Learn ways to communicate with your baby, how to calm a fussy baby, and when to call the doctor
• Learn safe sleep practices for the baby
• Focus on what to expect when you bring your baby home
• Recommeded for both moms and dads in the 3rd term of pregnancy
