- Discuss infant development and the importance of bonding with your baby
- Learn about the first few months of your baby's life and the fulfillment of being a parent
- Learn how to enjoy, nurture, and provide positive parenting which is important for infant development
- Learn how to prepare the nursery, diaper, feed, bathe, and dress your baby
- Learn ways to communicate with your baby, how to calm a fussy baby, and when to call the doctor
- Learn safe sleep practices for the baby
- Focus on what to expect when you bring your baby home
- Recommeded for both moms and dads in the 3rd term of pregnancy
