Wake up and start your day with a gentle and grounding ANCHOR flow at The Mint Museum Randolph.
This 60-minute all-levels class is typically led by Grace Millsap and is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your breath, and ease into your morning with intention. Class audio is streamed through noise-isolating (silent disco) headphones, creating an immersive experience that helps you tune inward and soften distractions around you.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, you are welcome here. Bring your mat, water, and a friend, and join us for a calming start to the day grounded in movement, breath, and presence.
Please note: Classes move indoors at The Mint Museum Randolph during inclement weather or when temperatures fall below 60 degrees.
What is ANCHOR?
ANCHOR is a mindful movement practice rooted in breath, presence, and steady pacing. You can expect slow and supportive movement, grounding postures, gentle strength-building, and opportunities to release tension held in the body.
Rather than rushing or pushing, this practice invites you to move with awareness, steady your breath, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels calming, accessible, and supportive both on and off the mat.
