Join the Birth Justice Institute Webinar Series!

The Birth Justice Institute Webinar Series is a dynamic, community-rooted learning space dedicated to exploring the full landscape of birth justice.

Grounded in the understanding that everything is a birth justice issue, this series brings together birth workers, community members, advocates, and thought leaders to engage in critical conversations at the intersection of reproductive justice, health equity, and social justice.

Throughout the year, our webinars will explore topics such as data justice, the value of doula care, maternal health disparities, systems of surveillance and control, cultural traditions, and the lived realities that shape how we conceive, carry, birth, and raise our children.

This series is more than education—it is a space for:

  • Truth-telling about the conditions impacting our communities
  • Collective learning grounded in lived experience and cultural knowledge
  • Dialogue and listening that center community voices
  • Visioning and strategy toward liberation and systemic change

Whether we are examining the power of data, uplifting unseen labor, or holding space for conversations around policing, immigration, and safety, each session is designed to deepen our understanding and strengthen our collective commitment to birth justice.

We invite doulas, midwives, parents, healers, organizers, and community members to join us throughout the year as we learn, reflect, and build toward a future where all families can thrive.
