We have curated a seamless blend of physical movement and internal stillness. As we navigate the lush canopy of the Latta Nature Preserve, we will integrate yoga-inspired breathwork into our pace.You’ll learn to use your breath as a tool to sync your heart rate with your footsteps, turning a simple walk into a moving meditation that invites calm into your body and clarity into your spirit.<h3>Event Logistics</h3><ul><li>📍 Location: Latta Nature Preserve — Gar Creek Access</li><li>🗺️ Distance: 3 Miles</li><li>📈 Difficulty: Easy to Moderate (Beginner-friendly)</li><li>⏰ Timeline: Please arrive 10 minutes early.
