Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all. The session is guided and welcoming for both first-timers and experienced practitioners.

What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket, and small pillow for comfort. Optional items include an eye mask and journal.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows for easy movement and breathing. Since you’ll likely be lying down for much of the session and temperature can fluctuate, we recommend bringing socks and a light layer.

Where do I park?

You can find free street parking on 200 East or 900 South or park in one of our lots behind Maven CREATE off 200 East near the entrance of Art Haus or in our satellite parking lot on Edison Street, south of 900 South across from Store House.

Maven STRONG's main entrance is located on 900 South between La Barba and Randy’s Records. When you arrive, head to the second level. When you arrive, please let yourself in and head to the second level to get checked in.

Can I invite a friend?

Yes—you're warmly welcome to invite a friend who may benefit from the experience. Just make sure they register in advance, as space is limited.

Is this only for Maven members?

No. This gathering is open to anyone interested in breathwork, self-discovery, and meaningful personal exploration.
