Join the SLOW DEEP STRETCH YOGA MOAI with Kristin — a 10-week Tuesday evening practice dedicated to the art of unwinding. Through slow, deliberate stretches that target every corner of the body, this class releases the tension of the day, restores your range of motion, and leaves you feeling like a completely different person than the one who walked in.
Rooted in the Okinawan tradition of Moai, the lifelong social circles behind some of the world's longest-living communities - this group is a reminder that taking care of yourself is always better together.
