Mishalene, with Isabelle's Ink, has a passion to teach what she has learned in private sessions and now public workshops at the beautiful Bella Moxie Gallery & Boutique in the historic square of Medina, OH. She also is the Event Coordinator for the boutique and the Secretary & Fundraising Chair for the Medina Co Senior & Adult Foundation.Private group classes & workshops are available in the NE Ohio region!!  Classes subject to cancellation due to RSVP's.  Should a class need to be rescheduled due to health or weather, all accommodations will be made for each attendee as best as possible.

But now, science is able to provide insights into how to optimize our physical and cognitive health as we age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
