Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook, 17 W, 350 W 22nd St, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181.

Room block at Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook is $139/night + tax and includes breakfast for one adult. Booking will open in November 2025.

Airport Transport:

There is no hotel airport shuttle. Oakbrook is a bit closer to Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) than Chicago O'Hare Airport (ORD).

There are many dining and entertainment options walkable and short drive nearby to Oakbrook Terrace shopping mall and surrounds for those who are explorers of brands.

2nd Hyatt Lodge Fun Run/Walk:

The route: the lakeside trails of Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook, the former McDonald's Hamburger University

• When: 7:00 am, Saturday, October 17, 2026, prizes and refreshments at 7:45
• Where: Running trail start point at parking lot of Hyatt Lodge Oak Brook, 2815 Jorie Blvd, Oak Brook, IL 60523
• Who: free for Chicago Points Travel Festival 2026 attendees, their family and friends

Festival weekend:

The festival weekend is the traditional conference program.

Seminars Ticketing:

A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $299, includes:

1. Monthly attendee virtual event.
2. Admittance to the Festival sessions that kickoff Friday 5:00 pm and run through the weekend. Excludes Friday morning and afternoon Masterclasses.
3. Lunch Saturday and Sunday.
4. Coffee/snack breaks.
5. Two drink tickets for Saturday evening reception.

Excess funds donated to event charities. 2026 event charities TBA.

Friday, October 16:

• 4:00 pm registration opens
• 5:30-7:00 pm evening program, keynote speakers

Saturday, October 17:

• 8:00 am registration opens
• 9:00 am-6:00 pm festival sessions (lunch included)
• 6:00-7:00 pm reception (2 drink tickets included)
• 7:00 pm-late self-planned group dinners and parties

Sunday, October 18:

• 8:00 am registration opens
• 9:00 am-5:00 pm festival sessions (lunch included)
• 5:00 pm see you next year!

Transfer Policy: registration is transferable for a $25 processing fee. Transfers must be completed by October 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm CDT—email organizer via EventBrite your ticket information. Transfers will be assigned by event organizer to those on event waitlist. Resale of tickets is prohibited and will result in ticket cancelation without refund.

Recording Policy: no audio or video recording of sessions is permitted without express written consent. Unauthorized recording may result in ejection without refund. Photos of presentation slides are permitted only with verbal consent of the presenter.
