Is the tour scooter accessible?

Yes. There are a couple of minor inclines on the tour, but these can be navigated with a power scooter. Individuals in manual wheelchairs may find the route challenging, but feasible. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Is the tour family friendly?

We consider our tours to be family-friendly, however, we always suggest that parents and guardians use discretion when determining if a ghost tour will be appropriate for their children. It is not our goal to make people uncomfortable, but we will not sugar-coat the facts either.

Question 3

Do you allow dogs on the tour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We welcome dogs, as long as they are leashed, curbed, and kept under control. Should your dog become a distraction during the tour, we do ask you to step away from the group to allow others to enjoy the tour.

Question 4

What is the rain policy?

Accepted Answer

Our tours run rain or shine, except in cases of extreme weather as determined at the sole discretion of Haunts of Richmond management. In the rare event that Haunts of Richmond must cancel a tour, we will call you and give you a full refund.

Will we go into any buildings?

Accepted Answer

No. This is an outdoor walking tour.
