No, this site is not pet-friendly. Service animals are always welcome, but the site does not have improved paths or sidewalks, it is a natural area with scrub habitat.

Is this event appropriate for youth?

If youth are accompanied by their legal guardian and supervised, yes! The site is an undeveloped natural site, so be aware that there may be hazards for young naturalists.

What should I bring with me?

Accepted Answer

We recommend bringing a water bottle, smartphone or digital camera, a ruler or clipboard with ruler or a measuring tape, robust footwear, and if you need one - your epi-pen.

Are there restroom facilities?

Accepted Answer

No, this site is a natural habitat. Please use the restroom prior to arriving. If you need to leave to use the restroom somewhere else, please check out with a staff person first - so we know you've left the site.
