Join us for a community potluck and discussion. Every voice will be heard as we model civil, polite discussion.
To honor our nation’s 250th birthday, this CommUNITY potluck dinner will include a Jeffersonian Dinner*, which involves dividing attendees into tables of 7-8, each with a moderator, to discuss an assigned topic: Patriotism. Attendees are invited to research the term, consider challenges and solutions, and come prepared to share what they’ve learned in 2-3 minutes. Every voice will be heard as we model civil, polite discussion.
Please note that these dinners are eco-conscious**.
**Please avoid disposable items by bringing your own plates and utensils. No plastic disposable water bottles. Bring a dish to share. TAC will provide wine, beer, and water.
6-8:30, Tuesday, July 14th, at The Art Center Highland Park, 1957 Sheridan Road
