This can be easy to lose sight of, especially when your daily life feels complicated and overwhelming. Our job is simply to help you understand where you are now, plot a course, and walk with you on your journey to a healthy, balanced, life.

Community Hikes with Reset Outdoors

Reset Outdoors Community Hike is a regular group outing designed to increase your general sense of well-being and connection while combining gentle exercise and time spent in nature.Our mindful hikes begin and end with a personal check in using our THRIVE Compass tool. We then hike to our halfway point and the group is led through an experiential exercise before we head back.Our events are a safe space intended to foster a sense of community, while promoting time spent outdoors &amp; self-care.Each month we host community hikes for the greater Lehigh Valley area, meeting throughout different trails in the valley. Our Reset Community Hikes are a great opportunity to reconnect with the natural world or experience it for the first time.Reset Hikes are open to all community members of any fitness level, and aim to be accessible to everyone -- please let us know how we can help accommodate any needs you may have. No hiking experience necessary!$10 to Reserve your spot will be REFUNDED at check-in or donated per your request.Limited to 15 PeopleIf you are not able to attend please make sure to let us know at least 24hrs in advance so we can open up a space for someone else.We look forward to meeting you and enjoying a Hike together!Community Hike Schedule 2025:<ul><li>Tuesday April 29th - Wildlands Conservancy South Mountain Preserve</li><li>Tuesday May 27th - Monocacy Park (345 Illicks Mill Road, Bethlehem PA)</li><li>Tuesday July 1st - Jordan Creek Trail (1401 Lehnert Road Whitehall, PA)</li><li>Tuesday July 29th - Dodson Street Park (1099 Dodson Street, Bethlehem, PA)</li><li>Tuesday August 26th - Henry's Woods Trail (426 Belfast Rd, Nazareth, PA)</li><li>Tuesday September 30th - Jordan Creek Trail (1401 Lehnert Road Whitehall, PA)</li><li>Tuesday October 28th - Wildlands Conservancy South Mountain Preserve (554 Alpine Street, Emmaus, PA)</li></ul>All hikes take place on Tuesdays at 5:30PM to 7PM. We will call a cancelled event due to weather at 3PM day of the hike and will contact everyone who signed up immediately. Hikes cancelled due to rain will be rescheduled and communicated with all those signed up.Our goal is to begin our check-in activity at 5:30 PM and be on the trail shortly after. Please arrive at the park before 5:30 PM to find the group and for any necessary preparation time (applying bug spray, etc). Our hikes are anywhere from 1.8 to 2.5 mile walk through moderate/varied terrain with gradual elevation gains that could be challenging for some. We aim to finish around 7PM.Note to Participants:Please be sure to check the weather beforehand and dress appropriately. Don’t forget bug spray and sunscreen! Attendees MUST bring a full water bottle . If you have any medical conditions that might impact your hike, please alert the facilitators upon your arrival, and bring any medications you might need (inhaler, epipen, heart meds, etc).We cannot wait to see you out on the trails!
