Learn to eat healthy, the Mediterranean Way. Learn easy life hacks and get delicious recipes to eat the Med Way 
every day. Great tasting and good for you!

<h3>Overview</h3> The Cooking Up Health class series is a tour through the Mediterranean-style eating pattern (“eating the Med Way”), which has been known to lower the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes and support healthy weight maintenance. Each session introduces one of the “Seven Simple Steps to Eat the Med Way” and provides practical tools — like smart shopping tips, easy kitchen hacks, and recipe preparation — to help you apply what you learn at home.If you’re ready to make healthy eating easier, more enjoyable, and more sustainable, this series offers the guidance and encouragement to get you there.Weekly classes will run 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12, 19 (all Fridays).Note: Registration is for the entire, six-session series.
