Join us for Creative Care: An Opera for Life and Wellness Program, our new, free Zoom series, open to everyone in the community. Each session combines mindful breathing and vocal grounding with inspiring explorations of opera, hands-on arts engagement, and gentle reflection activities. You’ll find a welcoming space to connect, create, and recharge. Come as you are—no prior experience needed.
