Day Trip to Fort Collins

Experience Fort Collins, Colorado with Orophile Outdoor Adventures!

Join Orophile Outdoor Adventures for a fun-filled day exploring Fort Collins, Colorado. We will meet in Colorado Springs and travel to Fort Collins together, with carpooling available if needed.

Once registered, you will receive additional trip details and meeting information. Group size is limited to 20 participants.

What to Expect

• Meet Up and Depart Colorado Springs at 4:30 am
• Breakfast at Buc-ee's at 6 am
• Guided birding hike at Lory State Park at 8 am
• Walk through the CSU Annual Flower Trial Gardens
• Lunch at Union Bar & Soda Fountain

Participants must bring the 10 Essentials for this trip.

Park Entrance Information:

To enter Lory State Park, you will need either a valid Colorado State Parks Pass or a Keep Colorado Wild Pass. Daily vehicle passes are available:

• $10 per vehicle (Colorado license plates)
• $15 per vehicle (out-of-state license plates)
