Deep rest for your nervous system. A guided Yoga Nidra session to help you unwind, reset, and finally relax.
Do you ever feel exhausted but unable to fully relax?
Even when the body stops moving, the mind often keeps going—thinking, planning, anticipating, and holding tension.
This guided deep rest experience is designed to help your body soften, your mind settle, and your nervous system shift out of stress and into a more restful state.
Using Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, body awareness, and guided visualization, you'll be gently guided into a state between waking and sleeping where deep rest can naturally occur.
No yoga experience is necessary, and unlike a traditional yoga class, there is no movement required. You'll simply settle into a comfortable position with blankets and props while being guided through the practice.
