Developing Operations & Culture to Support and Scale Your Business

Developing Operations & Culture to Support and Scale Your Business

CREDCVancouver, WA
Overview

Identify the processes and systems your organization needs and establish the cultural norms that keep your team aligned

Sustaining and growing an organization is built on the right combination of processes, systems, and people. In this workshop, you'll work through how to identify the processes and systems your organization needs and establish the cultural norms that keep your team aligned, accountable, and motivated. You'll leave with a practical operations assessment of your current state, a prioritized list of process and systems gaps to address, and a concrete framework for defining the talent and cultural conditions that support both day-to-day efficiency and long-term resilience. Whether you're formalizing operations for the first time or refining what you've already built, you'll leave with a clearer sense of where to invest your energy.

This session will take place at CREDC's office at 805 Broadway Street, Suite 412, Vancouver WA 98660.

Street parking is available surrounding the building.
