The week asked a lot of you. Before Monday comes back around, come to the beach, move your body, breathe deeply, and let the sunset help you release what you no longer need to carry.

This 90-minute beachside reset blends:

🧘 Yoga-inspired movement to open the body and connect breath to movement
🔥 Pilates sculpt to build heat, strength, and full-body activation
🌊 Deep stretch + release to soften, unwind, and let go
🌬️ Guided breathwork to calm the nervous system
🎶 Sunset sound bath with crystal singing bowls to restore balance and stillness

As the sun sets over the Pacific, we’ll gather in Ocean Beach to move, reset, and reconnect — with ourselves, our breath, and a like-minded community.

This is more than a workout. It’s your Sunday ritual, your permission to exhale, and your reminder that you don’t have to carry this week into the next one.

What to bring:
Yoga mat · Water · Light layer · Blanket or pillow for the sound bath · Journal optional

📍 Location: Grass area in front of Wonderland Ocean Pub, next to the lifeguard station in Ocean Beach — or down on the sand if space allows.
