Join Friends of the Kaw and Eudora Parks & Recreation for a paddle trip on the Kansas River this summer!
The EUDORA COMMUNITY PADDLE will be held on the Kansas River in kayaks with education happening on a sandbar. This is an 11-mile paddle from Eudora to De Soto.
Options include: BYOB - bring your own boat; or Rent one of ours!
An email will be sent to participants within 48 hours of the event with all of the trip details.
NOTE: Refund are given up to 7 days before the event. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be given. If FOK cancels the event, all will receive a refund. We reserve the right to change the route and location for the trip if needed.
We have Staff and Kaw River Guides that are experienced paddlers and will be with you on the trip to help with anything you may need, including safety instruction. If you have never paddled before, we will give you instruction and be there with you on your first journey on the Kansas River.
We will organize a shuttle before the trip that includes making sure your vehicle is at the end location. More details to follow in the email that comes out within 48 hours before the trip.
No children age 5 and under. No pets. Lifejackets required.
