What does each ticket tier include?

See the "Choose Your Experience" section above for full benefits at each tier. The Ultimate Fan Crawl Experience ($49) is Saturday only. Weekend Pass ($99) is all three days. VIP ($179) adds the official Takeover t-shirt, priority check-in, reserved seating, and 5 giveaway entries per event.

When and where do we meet each day?

Full schedule and meeting locations are sent via email after your purchase. Each day has its own check-in spot, and your wristband for that day is picked up at the meeting location.

What is the age requirement?

The Crawl on Saturday is 21+. Limited under-21 ticket options are available for The Arrival (Friday) and The GameDay Sendoff (Sunday). Contact us at hello@crawlentertainment.com for under-21 availability, as quantities are limited.

What is the refund and transfer policy?

All sales are final. With at least 7 days advance notice, we can convert your ticket to company credit valid for any future Fan Weekend Takeover with no expiration. Credit stays in your account and is not transferable to another person. If you cannot make it inside that 7 day window, your ticket is

Is the game ticket, hotel, or travel included?

No. Your Fan Weekend Takeover ticket covers the weekend experience only. Game tickets, hotels, and flights are booked separately.

Is this affiliated with the NFL?

No. Crawl Entertainment Events is independent and is not affiliated with the NFL or any of its teams.

How do I bring a group or become a Captain?

For groups of 25 or more, please contact us at hello@crawlentertainment.com. To become a Captain and earn rewards for bringing your fan base, email the same address and we will set you up.

How does the $19 deposit work?

Accepted Answer

Pay $19 today to lock in your spot and early bird pricing. The remaining balance is automatically charged 30 days before the event. Your $19 applies directly toward your ticket.

Question 9

What if I can't make this specific event?

Accepted Answer

Your $19 deposit is transferable to any Fan Weekend Takeover, any season. If your plans change, contact us before the balance charge date and we will move your deposit to a different event. It never expires.
