A small-group guided mountain ecology experience exploring the seasonal relationships between native plants, birds, landscape, and place within the Los Padres region.

The morning begins at the adventure van with hot chaga and coffee drinks alongside savory foraged-inspired scones featuring native and regional plant elements. Guests will then join a guided ecology walk focused on native plants, bird observation, ecosystem relationships, ethical foraging practices, and natural history interpretation.

Throughout the walk, participants will learn how to slow down, observe the landscape more deeply, and understand the interconnected systems of the mountain environment through both ecological education and sensory experience.

Following the hike, guests will return to the van for elderberry lemonade, seasonal fruit, and trail snacks while gathering for conversation, reflection, and connection.
