FBC-Charlotte: McDowell Prairie

join us for an outing at mcdowell prairie!

we'll explore one of charlotte's unique prairie habitats. prairies attract a different mix of species than many local parks, making this a great opportunity to experience a habitat that's uncommon in our area.

what to expect:
• easy flat trails
• open grassland habitat with limited shade
• a slow pace with frequent stops for birdwatching

we'll meet along 4 horse road where street parking is available.
