You’ll then be guided into a meditative state while cocooned in the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments.As the sound washes through you, Isabel weaves February’s themes of trust, surrender, intuition, and flow, inviting you to soften into your body, release tension, and let your energy unwind.
