Instead of trying to coordinate multiple rides or search for transportation after the match, your group will have a private transfer plan arranged in advance.

This ticket is for private round-trip transportation for one group of up to 5 guests.

If your group has 6 to 10 guests, you must book both:

1. Private FIFA Shuttle — Up to 5 Guests
2. Large Group Upgrade — Up to 10 Guests

The large group upgrade is required for any group larger than 5 guests. Groups of 6–10 guests cannot book the standard shuttle ticket alone.

What Is Included

Your private FIFA shuttle may include:

• Private vehicle transportation for your group
• Pickup from one hotel, Airbnb, residence, or agreed pickup location
• Transportation to Hard Rock Stadium / stadium-area drop-off
• Coordinated post-match pickup
• Return transportation to the original pickup location
• Basic event-day timing coordination
• Vehicle storage for small personal items, when space allows
• Communication before the event to confirm timing and pickup details

This service is intended to make match day smoother for small private groups, families, friends, and visitors who want a more organized transportation experience.

Standard Booking: Up to 5 Guests

Each standard FIFA shuttle ticket covers one private round-trip transfer for up to 5 guests in the same party.

This means:

• One group
• Up to 5 passengers
• One pickup location
• One stadium drop-off
• One post-match pickup
• Return to the original pickup location

The standard ticket is not priced per person. It is priced per private vehicle service for your group, up to 5 guests.

Large Group Upgrade: 6 to 10 Guests

If your group has more than 5 guests, you must add the:

Large Group Upgrade — Up to 10 Guests

This upgrade allows your booking to accommodate 6 to 10 guests in the same party.

The large group upgrade may require a larger vehicle, passenger van, Sprinter-style van, or similar private group transportation, depending on availability.

Large group service is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Important:

• Groups of 6–10 must purchase the standard shuttle ticket and the large group upgrade.
• The large group upgrade does not replace the standard shuttle ticket.
• The upgrade only expands passenger capacity from up to 5 guests to up to 10 guests.
• Groups larger than 10 require a custom quote.

• Aventura

• Fort Lauderdale

Some pickup locations may require an additional fee depending on distance, traffic, timing, and vehicle needs.

Optional Add-Ons

Optional add-ons may be available by request and must be confirmed in advance.

Possible add-ons include:

• Dinner stop before or after the match
• Airport pickup or drop-off
• Cruise port pickup or drop-off
• Fort Lauderdale pickup
• Multiple pickup locations
• Shopping stop
• Sightseeing stop

Add-ons are not included unless clearly confirmed in writing.

After Booking

After booking, Miami Tour Planner will contact you to confirm your transportation details.

• Any luggage or small bag needs
• Any requested add-ons

Final pickup time may be adjusted based on match start time, traffic, stadium access rules, road closures, and recommended event-day timing.
