How/when can I purchase tickets?

Tickets must be purchased online via this site and may be purchased up until the start of your selected tour time on the date of your visit. Please note that any late arrivals may be moved to the next available tour time, which could result in a short wait before your tour begins.

I am trying to purchase a ticket and I'm being asked for an access code?  What do I do?

Accepted Answer

If you are seeing a message asking for an access code, that specific tour time is currently sold out and unavailable for purchase. No access code is needed.

Please select a different date or time until you find an available tour that does not display the access code message.

Question 3

Are tour locations guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. All tour dates, times, and tour stops are subject to change without notice due to events in the stadium.

Question 4

How do I get to Los Angeles Stadium? Where do I park?

You will receive an email 24 hours in advance of your tour with information specific to parking and entry for your visit. Please make sure to review the information sent in its entirety in order to ensure you have a seamless experience. If you have not received this email, please check your spam.

Question 5

If I'm traveling by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), where should I be dropped off/picked up?

Please have your driver pick up or drop off in Lot N, which is the designated entry point for tours. Since the Stadium campus is quite large, we recommend entering the following address: 1100 Prairie Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90301. Once you arrive, simply follow the posted signage.

Is there a charge for parking?

No.  Tour guests receive complimentary parking on tour days.

Question 7

What is the check in process?

Accepted Answer

Upon arriving to check in for your tour, each guest will be required to complete and sign a waiver prior to participating in the tour. For any guest under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf.

What if I'm running late for my tour?

Accepted Answer

Tour guests are responsible for arriving early enough to park, check in, and be ready for their tour departure time. Guests arriving after their tour has already departed will have to wait for the next available tour, if there is one.  Refunds will not be granted for missed tours due to LA traffic.

What is the bag policy?

Accepted Answer

Only a transparent plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag with no patterns or tint is permitted. Clear bags may include one logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4". A small, non-transparent clutch or purse is also permitted. This policy is strictly enforced, and all guests must comply with the FIFA game day bag policy.

What should I wear?

We HIGHLY SUGGEST comfortable, closed toed, athletic type shoes to be worn. 
Participating in Tours barefoot or without shoes is prohibited.

Is there luggage storage available?

Accepted Answer

No. luggage is not permitted and we will not have a location to store luggage on tour days. Tour guests need to make arrangements to store luggage elsewhere if needed.

Will there be access to the field and locker rooms?

Accepted Answer

All tours are planned to include a pitchside photo opportunity and locker room access. While we will make every effort to include these experiences, all tour locations are subject to change based on stadium operations.

Are tours ADA compatible?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tours are ADA accessible. Guests requiring accommodations are encouraged to notify a tour guide or stadium greeter upon arrival.

Do you offer group tours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Group tours must be booked at least one week in advance. Please contact sofistadiumtours@experiencesofsofistadium.com

Are we allowed to take pictures and what are the camera restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photography is permitted using mobile phones. Additional cameras and professional equipment are not allowed.

Can I take videos during the tour?

While still photography is allowed, video recording is not permitted on the tour.

Are there concessions open?

No.  Concessions will not be available during tours.

Is the Team Store open?

Accepted Answer

Beginning June 13th, there will be an opportunity for a quick stop after the tour at the team store exclusively for tour guests only.  Please note that only electronic forms of payment are accepted; cash will not be accepted.

Can you bring a water bottle inside?

Accepted Answer

No, outside food and beverages, including water bottles, are not permitted. Water fountains are located throughout the stadium.

Are children allowed to take the tour?

Yes. Children 4 and under are free.

What languages are tours offered in?

All tours will be in English.

Where can I park & where do I meet my guide?

Guests will need to enter stadium parking at the intersection of South Prairie Avenue and Hardy Street.  Guests will need to show their ticket to parking staff for entry into lot N. Guests will meet their guide at Gate E.
