Join a group of fellow family caregivers to discuss how to regain hope and build resilience when dealing with someone with dementia.

The So' Tsoh Foundation is proud to present a FREE discussion series for dementia family caregivers.

In the Finding Meaning and Hope series, you will learn skills that can help you stay strong, healthy, resilient and positive as you navigate your caregiving journey with healing and hope. This weekly 90 minute, session series features videos and discussion based on the groundbreaking book, Loving Someone Who Has Dementia.


  • WEEKLY Zoom on Tuesday's from 11:00am - 12:30pm via Zoom
  • F or a $25 Donation you can get class materials mailed to you (welcome bag, book, and bookmarks) **US only
  • For a $15 Donation you can get the book only
  • All session includes digital bookmarks only
  • Please note time is MDT (Denver time)
