Question 1

Are we allowed to bring food and drinks into the event?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, and there will be food vendors on site. Please note that alcoholic beverages may not be brought on site, but will be available for purchase.

Will I have to pay for parking?

Accepted Answer

No! Parking on site is included with the purchase of your event tickets. All parking is on-field parking, and there is no bus ride needed to get from the parking lot to the event grounds!

Chalet Load In

We know that groups with Private Chalets often need a little more time to load-in food and supplies for the evening. This Load-In time, where your Chalet will be accessible by vehicle will be from 3pm – 4:30pm. At 4:30pm we will ask vehicles to return to the parking area or remain behind the chalets

Overnight Parking?

Accepted Answer

While it is not possible to camp on the property overnight, we do allow cars to be left here if needed. All cars continue to be the responsibility of their owners, and the gates to the Museum will be open from 9am – 5pm on Sunday to reclaim any vehicles that have been left overnight.

Question 5

Is there a Rain Date?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  If the Museum calls off the event on Saturday,  June 13th - the show will go on Sunday, June 14th from 5pm to 10pm.

Question 6

Does the Flying Proms ticket include Museum Admission?

Accepted Answer

No.  The Museum will close at 3pm  on Saturday to allow for event set-up.
