FoodeesFest is designed to bring communities together - and that starts with making it accessible to everyone! Admission is completely free because we are a vendor-supported festival. Our incredible food trucks and artisan vendors make the experience possible!

If tickets are free, why do we need to register?

Accepted Answer

Registration helps us plan for you! Knowing how many people to expect allows our food trucks and vendors to prepare the right amount of food and inventory. It also helps us coordinate staffing and overall logistics with the venue and city. Plus, you’ll be entered in our free meal giveaway!

Do my tickets apply for the whole weekend?

Yes! No need to select a day. Your ticket grants you access to all three days of Foodees Fest, so come whenever and as much as you want!

Is there seating available, and can we bring our own chairs?

Accepted Answer

Seating availability varies by location. Many venues provide common-area seating, and we often supplement with additional tables in designated areas. We always recommend bringing your own portable seating if you’d like a guaranteed spot to relax and enjoy your food comfortably.

Yes we do! We love working with locals! Every FoodeesFest stop has hometown business right alongside regional and national ones. It’s part of what makes each city feel different, and why people come back - they want that local flavor!

If I'm interested in being a vendor, how do I apply?

Great question! Please reach out to booking@foodeesfest.com to inquire about booking an event with us. Include information about your business, what you sell, and any pictures of your product(s) and set-up. We look forward to hearing from you!

Is the event family-friendly?

Abso-freakin-lutely! FoodeesFest is built to be a safe, welcoming, all-ages environment. It’s a daytime and early evening community festival centered around food, small businesses, and good vibes. Bring the whole crew!

Do vendors accept cash or card?

Accepted Answer

Most vendors accept both card and cash, but payment methods vary by vendor. We recommend bringing a card for convenience, and some cash is always a good backup option.

Are animals allowed?

Yesss! Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome. We ask that pets always remain on a leash and that owners clean up after them. Please be mindful that festivals can be crowded and loud, so use your best judgment for your pet’s comfort and safety. Also, we’re gonna want to take pictures of your dog.

Rain or shine, baby! Vendors are equipped for normal weather conditions, and we move forward unless severe weather makes it unsafe. Any major updates would be communicated on our social media pages.
