The tour starts at 10 AM. Check-in begins at 9.50 AM. A 15-minute market overview begins at 10 AM. Anyone running late has a 15-minute buffer to meet the group prior to the group departing.

here are no refunds. Anyone notifying the tour host Peter Zalewski (305-321-7383) by phone or text before 10.15 AM on the scheduled date will be given an opportunity to take the same tour on the next scheduled date. Anyone who fails to the notify the tour host will forfeit their fee.

No. The tour is bus tour that is educational. The bus will stop along the way at preconstruction sales office where they will be treated to refreshments and have an opportunity to use the restroom.

In addition to providing an overview of the submarket, tour host Peter Zalewski will provide you with a printout of all of the condo projects in the market toured, a statistical handout to assess the health of each condo project and answer all of your questions.

Host Peter Zalewski will provide a straightforward overview of each project verbally or statistically. This is an educational tour where attendees can learn how to analyze condo towers before purchasing units.

No. This is an educational tour to teach you how to assess the health of a condo project. Host Peter Zalewski is a licensed Florida real estate broker but is not interested in working with you. If after the tour you want to work with his firm, you are free to do so by calling 305-865-5859.

Yes. As long as every attendee has a ticket, they are welcome to join the tour. Please note, the tour is educational so some of the things noted may contradict what your agent has told you.

No. The tour has a maximum crowd of 28 people based on the number of seats. These tours have sold out in the past. Buy a ticket today to ensure you get a seat on the bus.
