Free Friday Morning Meet & Walk at Roots Heaven Farm (Free + open to all)

Start your Friday morning grounded, refreshed, and connected.

This is a free, come-as-you-are community walk held on a peaceful farm with a safe gravel trail, no traffic, just fresh air, open space, and a quiet place to reset.

Come anytime between 8:00–9:00 AM and walk at your own pace. Stay for a few minutes or the full hour. There’s no structure, no pressure, and no expectation.

This is your space to:

• Move your body gently
• Clear your mind and breathe
• Connect with others (or enjoy solitude)

Whether you come to pray, reflect, or simply enjoy a calm start to your day, you are welcome here.

Location: The Farm (gravel trail, no traffic)

Time: Drop in anytime between 8–9 AM

What to bring: Comfortable shoes, water bottle, + anything you need for a peaceful walk

This is a casual, outdoor walking group held on a private farm property. The walking path is a natural gravel trail and may include uneven ground, rocks, roots, and other natural outdoor conditions.

• You will use appropriate caution while walking on uneven outdoor terrain.
• You will wear suitable footwear and take care while moving along the trail.
