Frequency, Fungi & Flow: A Sacred Ecstatic Dance Temple Gathering
A Journey of Sound, Movement & Connection.
There is a frequency your body remembers.
A rhythm beneath the noise of the week. Beneath the words you have been carrying. Beneath the responsibilities, the pressure, the overthinking, and the version of yourself you wear in the world. When the music begins to move through you, something deeper begins to rise.
Frequency, Fungi & Flow is an invitation to step out of the mind and return to the body. It is for the person who has been holding too much, thinking too much, carrying too much, and longing for a space where they can release without needing to explain.
This is not a class.
This is not a performance.
This is not a party.
This is a sacred frequency held inside the temple.
For four hours, sound, rhythm, breath, movement, and community come together in a ceremonial container designed to help you soften, move, connect, and return to yourself. The dance floor becomes a place of prayer. The music becomes a guide. The body becomes the doorway.
No talking on the dance floor. No alcohol. No performance. No pressure to move a certain way.
Just you, the frequency, the rhythm, and the freedom to move the way your soul has been asking you to move.
WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS
Frequency, Fungi & Flow is a four-hour ceremonial ecstatic dance gathering held on the third Saturday of every month as part of Temple Mother Earth’s Sacred Series Week.
This experience is created for embodied movement, spiritual connection, community, reflection, and intentional release. Guests are invited into a sacred temple container where music and movement become tools for presence, expression, and inner listening.
You do not need dance experience to attend. This is not about choreography, performance, or looking a certain way. You are welcome to stretch, sway, shake, pray, breathe, rest, move slowly, move fully, or simply be present with the music.
The dance floor is held as a sacred space. We honor silence on the floor so each person can listen deeply to their own body, breath, and inner experience. This allows the room to become a respectful, grounded, and intentional container for everyone present.
This gathering is beginner-friendly, spiritually grounded, and rooted in community care.
