Want to learn how to successfully manage diabetes? How to eat healthy on a budget?  How to use your garden produce? Check out these classes dedicated to providing science-based information to help improve your quality of life.

Whether you’re interested in preventing osteoporosis, supporting an active lifestyle, or just wanting to feel your strongest, this session will give you practical tools you can use right away.You’ll learn: ✔ The top nutrients your bones need (and where to find them) ✔ Smart swaps to reduce “bone bandits” ✔ Easy meal and snack ideas to keep your frame fueled ✔ Confidence to build stronger bones at any ageRegistered dietitian Andrea Nikolai, UF/IFAS FCS Agent Polk County will lead class.
