Full Moons are illuminating and bring a lot of energy; the moonlight also relieves anxiety and stress and improves relaxation by prompting the natural release of melatonin. Full Moon meditation helps focus energy around the moon to help reveal and release old blocks and patterns you may have, and help you manifest your true desires.
