Golden Ball Qigong

Napa Valley College's Community Education is offered throughout the Napa Valley with administrative offices located in St. Helena at the Upper Valley Campus. The program is comprised of workshops, fee-based classes, noncredit (no-fee) classes, educational trips and tours, special events, and short-term vocational training programs. Enjoy a variety of classes to choose from in subject areas such as the arts, writing, culinary arts, gardening/outdoors, computer literacy, modern languages and ESL.

Come enjoy the outdoor setting practicing Golden Ball Qigong, one of many Chinese health practices. It is truly a moving meditation that incorporates all eight actions of energy movement within the body; ascending &amp; descending, expanding &amp; contracting, moving in &amp; moving out, gathering &amp; dispersing. In a lovely outdoor setting, you will learn and practice the principles of Qigong and how to incorporate them into the Golden Ball routine. You will have a greater understanding of what the "qi" (chee) in Qigong is and be empowered to use that qi to find balance in your life. No experience is necessary.
