Ground + Reset: A Silent Meditation Experience

This is a “come as you are” offering—an opportunity to step away from noise, distraction, and external input, and return inward. Together, we will share space in silence, using breath and presence as the anchor.

The experience will begin with a brief grounding and intention-setting moment, followed by an extended period of silent meditation, facilitated by Latavia Terry, founder of SOLAR Reign.

Participants will then be guided into a quiet reflection through journaling, allowing space to process any thoughts, emotions, or insights that arise.

This is a no-sound, no-music, no-phone environment. Participants are encouraged to bring a pen and journal, and to arrive ready to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within. Meditation will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, and late arrivals may not be able to join once we begin.

No prior meditation experience is needed—only a willingness to be present.

Participants will leave feeling more centered, clear, and attuned to their inner voice.

A $5 deposit reserves your spot. Upon attendance to class you will receive a $5 gift card to the store. Gift cards will not be issued to those not in attendance on the day of the event and no refunds will be issued for attendee cancelations.
