Larkspur offers regular workshops, meet-ups, nature hikes, and book clubs where people can connect, talk about death, process grief, study the natural world, and build community.

This trauma-informed yoga class is designed to help ground your mind and body as you move through grief.This community class will be lead by an expert yoga instructor from <a href="https://smallworldyoga.org/" title="https://smallworldyoga.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Small World Yoga</a>, and take place on the cabin lawn of Larkspur Conservation Natural Burial Preserve:155 Bear Carr Rd, Westmoreland, TN 37186.This event is open to anyone in the community with a suggested donation so we can continue our important work. Please bring your own mat to practice.
