In this workshop, join LMU alumni and elementary art teacher Belle Blake, for this 5-day workshop on how to create pottery by hand building.
This is a 5-day workshop, it will take place on June 15 through 19 from 6pm to 9pm at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, TN. All supplies and needed materials are provided. There is an additional glazing day for this event on June 22 from 6pm to 9pm, so participants can paint their pottery.
In this workshop, join LMU alumni and elementary art teacher Belle Blake, for this 5-day workshop on how to create pottery by using a hand building technique. Participants will learn how to correctly manipulate clay forms and use a studio. This workshop is messy, so make sure participants come in clothes they can get dirty in.
This workshop will take place June 15th through 19th from 6pm to 9pm each day. There will be a glazing day on June 22nd from 6pm to 9pm so participants can “paint” their pieces.
This workshop is for those ages 18 and up.
