Hands-On: Tagliatelle Verde al Limone

About this Class: It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Enjoy the signature dish at the end of class, and take home your own culinary creation to continue your meal at home.

About this Dish: Fresh and fun, Pasta Verde is made by adding blended spinach to classic egg pasta dough for a bright green color – perfect to prepare with kids. This recipe adds citrusy lemon and rich cream for a zesty, bright final result that’s perfect for summer entertaining.

In this Class You Will:

• Learn about the traditions and culture of fresh pasta

• Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Pasta Verde and the perfectly paired sauce

• Make your own Tagliatelle Verde from scratch by hand to take home

• Enjoy a dinner menu featuring an antipasto, welcome Prosecco, and Tagliatelle Verde al Limone prepared by our Chef alongside a wine pairing

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest

• Seating is first-come, first-served

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes

• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

• Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
